Our client is looking for a person to manage their Uckfield branch distributing their product range to the South East of England.The successful candidate will be responsible for full day to day management of the business, the site and the employees. This commercially focused role is charged with continuing to develop the business through a varied mix of sales and marketing activities. In particular, the individual will need to grow new product sales, exploit market sector opportunities and encourage cross selling within the customer base. The successful candidate will lead and motivate a team of five employees to ensure targets are met, and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales, preferably within an industrial environment.
