Managing the selection process

 

Our selection process ensures that the candidate’s skills match the job specification. Not only are we searching for a skills match, but individuals who will work well within the job profile and the company environment and ethos. We have an extensive database of personnel at our fingertips, together with specially developed marketing campaigns and our website recruitment process, we have a flexible approach to the strategy required to ensure you have an exclusive and appropriate short list.

 

All potential candidates are chosen with care, using a meticulous screening process, to ensure each person has been thoroughly assessed. In depth interviews are conducted both on the telephone and in person in order to get a really good idea of all round capability.

 

We ensure we have at least two references, which are always checked and we run CRB and eligibility to work checks whenever necessary.

 

At Sussex Recruitment we have specially selected software that we use for aptitude and skill tests, so we can assess the capability of the individual to ensure only those candidates with the relevant experience are considered for your company. Our latest software technology allows us to verify the level of specific IT skills in all of the most frequently used programmes. We can also use this technology to provide further training for candidates wherever necessary.
